Join us this weekend as we proudly introduce AHA's own Derik Poquiz as the newest fine art photography sensation. On Saturday and Sunday from 1-5pm, Escolta Gallery in Union City will present the very first showing of Derik’s entire collection.
A dancer for the Academy of Hawaiian Arts, Derik's passion and appreciation for Polynesian culture is embodied in his work. From perspectives of hula dancers to images of hula masters, each canvas highlights a different aspect of the tradition of things hula - past and present. | 
In addition, there will be a special live performance by kumu hula Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu and dancers from the Academy of Hawaiian Arts on Sunday at 3pm.
