Students Open Enrollment at AHA
Sat, May 16th • 12 – 3pm
10700 MacArthur Blvd., Oakland, CA

We invite you to join us and share in our mission to keep Hawaiiana alive through 'ohana, mele & hula. Become part of the haumana (student body) at the Academy of Hawaiian Arts on this day and your registration fee will be waived and you will receive a free AHA tshirt. Oakland Museum Exhibits AHA exhibit at Oakland Airport
Starting May 11th (ongoing)
Oakland Airport (in the connecting walkway between the two terminals)

The Academy of Hawaiian Art and other East Bay organizations offering cultural enrichment are featured at the Oakland Airport this month. The exhibit is located in the connector between Terminal 1 & Terminal 2, paralleling the moveable walk way. It is on the way to the Southwest Terminal area in the Oakland Airport. Island Sol Productions is proud to present Young Kanaka 2 featuring LIVE musical performances by Hawaii's own NA PALAPALAI and NATALIE AI KAMAU`U with special guests keiki hula dancers from Keolalaulani Halau 'Olapa O Laka. JUST ADDED TO THE LINEUP: Oakland's own master chanter, Kumu Hula Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu and the Academy of Hawaiian Arts. Kumu Mark and the Academy will open the festivities on this exciting night!
