Payments are due by the first Saturday of each month. If payment is not received by the first Saturday, a twenty-five dollar ($25) late fee shall be assessed and must be paid with your monthly tuition. If a student does not promptly pay the overdue account, it will be placed in a delinquent status.
Payments should be made at AHA and presented to the student's class representative, or, sent to AHA's mailing address listed below:

If a student's account is deliquent for sixty (60) days or more, it may be terminated without any further notice. If you are terminated, you will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee of $25 and be subject to an advance payment agreement.
You may resign at any time. However, if you do not resign prior to the first of the month, you remain responsible for tuition. Please email AHA to inform us of your resignation or leave of absence.
If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be assessed $25, in addition to any bank fees incurred by the Academy of Hawaiian Arts, Inc.
